After an initial visit and a review of current procedures, we work with our chosen provider and the client to create all of their human resources documentation, which is maintained at regular intervals in order to ensure compliance with changes in legislation.
On a consulting basis, additional on-site support is available. This might mean attending formal meetings (such as interviews or disciplinary hearings) or by acting as an independent adjudicator in grievance proceedings.
